2. Tour Schedule & Itinerary

• The tour itinerary, island sequence, departure time, and duration may vary depending on weather, sea conditions, tides, sunset timing, safety requirements, and operational considerations.

• The seven-island route is subject to local operating conditions and may be modified when necessary.

• The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary or route for safety or operational reasons.

3. Speedboat Transportation

• Transportation during the tour is provided by speedboat as specified in the selected package.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the boat crew.

• Life jackets and other safety equipment must be used whenever instructed by the boat operator.

• Seating arrangements are subject to operational requirements and cannot always be individually selected.

4. Swimming & Water Activities

• Swimming and other water activities are subject to weather, sea conditions, local regulations, and safety assessments.

• Guests participate in water activities at their own discretion and must follow instructions provided by the tour crew.

• Certain activities may be restricted or unavailable due to safety concerns, weather, sea conditions, or local regulations.

• Optional activities not specifically included in the booking may be available at an additional charge.

5. Sunset Experience

• The sunset viewing experience is dependent on weather and visibility.

• Cloud cover, rain, atmospheric conditions, or other natural factors may affect the visibility of the sunset.

• Failure to see a sunset due to natural weather conditions does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. BBQ Dinner

• A BBQ dinner is included only where specifically stated in the selected package.

• The BBQ location, menu, serving time, and available food items may vary depending on local operating arrangements.

• While reasonable efforts will be made to communicate dietary requirements, specific food arrangements cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Bioluminescent Plankton

• The bioluminescent plankton experience is a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed.

• Visibility and intensity may vary depending on water conditions, weather, moonlight, tides, season, and other environmental factors.

• The tour operator does not guarantee a specific level of bioluminescence.

• The absence or low visibility of bioluminescent plankton does not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Weather & Sea Conditions

• This is an outdoor marine activity and is dependent on suitable weather and sea conditions.

• The tour operator may delay, modify, shorten, reschedule, or cancel the tour when conditions are considered unsafe.

• Changes made for safety reasons do not automatically constitute a service failure.

9. Children & Infants

• Child and infant participation is subject to the speedboat operator's safety requirements and applicable ticket policy.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children and infants throughout the tour.

10. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point at the time stated on their booking confirmation.

• Guests arriving late may miss the speedboat departure and may not be able to join the tour.

• Guests must follow all instructions provided by the tour guide, boat crew, and local authorities.

• Appropriate and respectful behaviour is expected throughout the tour.

11. Personal Belongings

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, wallets, luggage, and other valuables.

• HolidayKart and the tour operator are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Guests are strongly advised to protect electronic devices and valuables from water and moisture.

12. Health & Safety

• Guests should consider their physical ability before participating in swimming or other water activities.

• Guests with medical conditions, injuries, mobility limitations, or other concerns should inform the tour operator before departure.

• Guests should follow all safety instructions and use safety equipment whenever required.

13. Tour Operator & Liability

• HolidayKart acts as a booking facilitator for the 7 Islands Sunset Speedboat Tour and the services included in the selected package.

• While reasonable efforts are made to provide the tour as described, HolidayKart is not responsible for delays, itinerary changes, cancellations, weather conditions, sea conditions, natural phenomena, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Any refund, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement will be subject to the applicable tour operator's policy.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking for the 7 Islands Sunset Speedboat Tour, guests confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy, Child & Infant Policy, and Privacy Policy.

1. Cancellation 24 Hours or More Before the Tour

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time are eligible for a full refund, subject to the booking conditions.

2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure are non-refundable.

3. Same-Day Cancellation & No-Show

• Same-day cancellations are 100% non-refundable.

• No refund will be provided for guests who do not arrive at the designated meeting point.

• No refund will be provided for guests who arrive late and miss the speedboat departure.

• No refund will be provided for unused services due to personal reasons or changes in travel plans.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

Requests to change the tour date must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure and are subject to availability and approval.

Requests made within 24 hours may be treated as cancellations and will be non-refundable.

5. Weather & Sea Conditions

If the tour operator cancels or postpones the tour before departure due to unsafe weather, rough sea conditions, government restrictions, or other safety-related circumstances, HolidayKart will assist with the applicable rescheduling or refund according to the tour operator's policy.

6. Changes During the Tour

If weather or sea conditions change after the tour has commenced, the operator may modify the itinerary, change the island sequence, shorten the tour, or return to the mainland for safety reasons.

Such changes do not automatically qualify for a full refund.

7. Sunset & Bioluminescent Plankton

The sunset and bioluminescent plankton are natural experiences and depend on environmental conditions.

No refund will be provided solely because the sunset is not clearly visible or bioluminescent plankton is not visible or is less intense than expected, provided the tour operates normally.

8. BBQ Dinner

If the tour operates but the BBQ dinner or a specific food item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the operator's reasonable control, the operator may provide a reasonable alternative where possible.

This does not automatically qualify for a full tour refund.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method wherever possible. The time required for the refund to reach the guest's account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

10. Final Cancellation Terms

The cancellation conditions stated on the booking confirmation or tour voucher will apply to the specific reservation. Where special promotional or tour-operator-specific conditions apply, those conditions will prevail.
